This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Invictus Tectum LLC, doing business as Buccos Roofing, located at 4440 Reynolds Drive, Suite 107, Hilliard, Ohio 43026 (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, search engine, or third party.

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period. The Sponsor’s computer or designated system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

To be eligible, an entrant must, at the time of entry, meet all of the following requirements:
a. Be a legal resident of the United States and physically residing in the State of Ohio.
b. Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater.
c. Be the legal owner of the home that is the subject of the entry, with the entrant’s name appearing on the deed to that property. Proof of ownership (a recorded deed or comparable documentation) will be required of any potential winner before a prize is awarded.
d. Own a home, with the entrant’s name appearing on the deed, that is located within the Sponsor’s Giveaway service area. For purposes of this Giveaway, the service area consists of all of Franklin County, Ohio, together with the following ZIP codes in the surrounding counties:
Delaware County: 43015, 43021, 43035, 43066, 43074.
Union County: 43040.
Licking County: 43023, 43031.
Madison County: 43140, 43153.
Fairfield County: 43105, 43130.
Pickaway County: 43113.
For reference, the Franklin County, Ohio portion of the service area includes, among others, the following ZIP codes: 43002, 43004, 43016, 43017, 43026, 43054, 43062, 43064, 43065, 43068, 43081, 43082, 43085, 43103, 43109, 43110, 43112, 43119, 43123, 43125, 43126, 43137, 43146, 43147, 43162, 43201, 43202, 43203, 43204, 43205, 43206, 43207, 43209, 43210, 43211, 43212, 43213, 43214, 43215, 43219, 43220, 43221, 43222, 43223, 43224, 43227, 43228, 43229, 43230, 43231, 43232, 43235, and 43240. A home located anywhere within Franklin County, Ohio qualifies whether or not its ZIP code appears in this reference list.
Employees, officers, owners, and contractors of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void outside the eligible area and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of a new residential roof installed by the Sponsor on the winner’s eligible home, with a total value of up to fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), including materials and labor (the “Prize”).

Existing customers. If the verified winner has already purchased a qualifying roof from the Sponsor on or after January 1, 2026, the Sponsor will instead refund the amount the winner paid for that roof, up to a maximum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). In no event will the total value awarded to any single winner exceed $15,000.
If the actual cost of a new roof, or the amount previously paid, is less than $15,000, the Prize is limited to that lesser actual amount. No cash alternative, difference, or credit will be paid for any unused portion of the maximum value. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty beyond the standard workmanship and manufacturer warranties that accompany the Sponsor’s roofing installations.

Approximate retail value of the Prize: up to $15,000. The Prize is not transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or substituted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

There are two ways to enter, and both are completely free. Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of the method of entry. A household is defined as all persons residing at the same physical mailing address, and only one entry will be accepted per address. Entering more than once, or using multiple identities, email addresses, or addresses to exceed this limit, will result in disqualification of all affected entries.

a. Online Entry. Complete the official entry form at https://buccosroofing.com/columbus-oh-west/free-roof-giveaway/ with your full legal name, property address, email address, and phone number during the Giveaway Period.
b. Free Mail In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). On a plain piece of paper, hand print your full legal name, complete property address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, and mail it to: Invictus Tectum LLC, Attn: Roof Giveaway, 4440 Reynolds Drive, Suite 107, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. Mail in entries must be postmarked within the Giveaway Period and received no later than September 8, 2026. Each mail in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.

Both methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. Purchasing a roof or any product or service from the Sponsor is not a method of entry and does not increase your chances of winning.

The new roof installation, or the refund, is subject to the following: the winner’s home must be in suitable condition for installation and must meet applicable building code requirements, as determined by the Sponsor or its designees; the winner’s home must pass the Sponsor’s standard inspection; the structure must be suitable for installation; and the winner must grant the Sponsor reasonable access to the property. Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time, subject to weather, permitting, and material availability. If the winner’s home is found unsuitable for installation, or if the scope exceeds a standard roof replacement, any additional work is the responsibility of the winner and is not included in the Prize.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Upon installation of the prize, Buccos Roofing Inc. will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner, with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must contact Buccos Roofing Inc. no later than 30 days following the award of the prize to arrange for installation, and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of notification.

TThe winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 15, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final.
The potential winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact information provided at entry. To claim the Prize, the potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt and must provide proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of home ownership (a recorded deed in the entrant’s name). The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) business days.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to provide required documentation, is found ineligible, or declines the Prize, that person forfeits the Prize, and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and fees associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize may be treated as taxable income. Where required by law, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner and to the appropriate tax authorities for the value of the Prize. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes before the Prize is awarded.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, before and after images of the home and completed roof, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, or consent.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway, the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or any installation work performed in connection with the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries; for technical, hardware, software, telephone, or network malfunctions; or for any error in the administration of the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in an unsporting or disruptive manner.

If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and to select a winner from eligible entries received before the action was taken, to the extent permitted by law.

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, each entrant agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://buccosroofing.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information by the Sponsor for purposes of administering the Giveaway and, where consented to, for marketing communications.

For the name of the winner, send a self addressed stamped envelope to Invictus Tectum LLC, Attn: Roof Giveaway Winner, 4440 Reynolds Drive, Suite 107, Hilliard, Ohio 43026, to be received no later than December 31, 2026. Requests will be honored after the winner has been verified.
