Soffits & Fascia
Soffits and fascia don’t get talked about much, but they’re doing the heavy lifting at your roof edge. They protect against water, support the gutters, and keep the attic ventilated. When they fail, the damage spreads fast. Buccos Roofing installs and replaces soffits and fascia using materials matched to your home so the roofline looks finished and protects what’s underneath.

Soffit & Fascia Done the Right Way
Soffit and fascia work looks simple. It isn’t. Done wrong, you trap moisture, restrict attic ventilation, or set up the roof edge to fail. Buccos Roofing handles the work like the structural piece it actually is, with proper venting, proper fastening, and materials that match the rest of the home.
Ventilation Done Right
Vented soffits let your attic breathe. We make sure the airflow is correct so heat and moisture get out and your roof system performs the way it should.
Water Protection
Fascia is the last line of defense at the roof edge. We install it tight to the trim so water moves into the gutter and away from the structure.
Matched Materials
Aluminum or vinyl, color-matched to your existing siding and trim so the finished roofline looks like it was always meant to be there.
Insurance Help
When storm damage is involved, we document everything and work directly with your insurance company through the claims process.

Signs You Need New Soffits & Fascia
A roof edge in good shape protects the rest of the home. Here are the most common signs that the soffits or fascia have reached the end of their useful life.
Peeling Paint or Rot
If the paint is peeling, the wood is soft, or sections are visibly rotting, water has already done damage and replacement is the right move.
Pest or Animal Damage
Holes, chew marks, or signs of animals nesting in the soffits mean the seal is compromised. New material with proper closure stops the cycle.
Sagging Gutters
Gutters that pull away or sag often trace back to failed fascia behind them. The gutters can’t be re-attached securely until the fascia is replaced.
Poor Attic Ventilation
Hot attic in summer, ice dams in winter, or moisture buildup year-round can all signal that the soffits aren’t venting properly.
Water Stains on Eaves
Visible staining on the underside of the eaves or around the gutters means water is finding a path it shouldn’t be on.
Storm or Wind Damage
High winds can pull soffit panels loose or tear fascia away from the trim. Insurance often covers the replacement when it’s storm-related.
