Dominic and Josh ran the show and they were fantastic!!! Such professionalism, very clean work, and also quick! They got to my house by 8am and we're cleaned up and gone by 3:30pm. The roof looks amazing, the yard is cleaned up, and I am a very satisfied customer. They even left me a set of unopened shingles that I can hold on to in case any repairs have to be made. With a 10yr work warranty and a 50yr shingle brand warranty, my house will be good to go for the rest of my life!

The process from start to finish was well orchestrated! Derek, our sales representative, was very knowledgeable and thorough with the assessment of our roof. He explained everything in detail and what the steps were to getting our TOTAL roof replacement (all new plywood) and new gutters and soffit and fascia. Nathan was assigned as our Project Manager. He is excellent at his job!!! His crew was awesome! They are hardworking and very skilled in their workmanship! Nathan was very attentive and responsive on site to make sure everything was done per the contract! Nathan sent a link to my phone to follow the timeline of our two day project with photos and explanations of what the crew was doing throughout each day! Cleanup by the crew was outstanding both days! Shout out to the seamless gutter company who precisely measured and cut the gutters on site! Also to the dumpster company who did the two haul aways promptly! Plus, an additional thank you to Matt Mayer from the office who resolved an invoice issue the same day I reached out to him! Buccos Roofing is a reputable and trustworthy company that does quality work!!! Highly recommend Buccos Roofing!

Buccos Roofing was outstanding! From the salesperson Corey to the project manager Nick and Jack and a crew of 8 men! I was kept informed of the job status throughout the install via drone pictures. They are Owens Corning certified installers which gave me peace of mind. I did my research and they met all my expectations! Their price was extremely reasonable - I had another reputable roofer quote me twice as much - literally twice as much. The job was done in 1 day - they cleaned up and it looks fantastic! I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for Buccos! I started this journey because of wind damage to my roof and two days after the claim was put in with insurance, a huge willow fell on my roof. I was back and forth with insurance for months before I could get anything approved. Justin P came out and gave an estimate and was very nice. Nick S was extremely helpful with getting emails sent over to insurance and making sure I was getting everything I needed covered. FINALLY! We got approved for an amount. Nick called me the same day as approval to get me on the schedule. Being it was a week before thanksgiving, I was expecting a few weeks. They got me on for the Monday before Thanksgiving and had my entire roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters replaced before the holiday. The team was quick, efficient, and very nice. Everyone made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire process, from scheduling the estimate all the way up until AFTER the project was completed. They did an amazing job, seriously. My roof/house looks AMAZING! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Thank you Buccos for everything you did for my family to get this done!

From start to finish Bucco’s was professional and detail oriented. Our salesman Corey answered all the questions we had and explained the entire process so we knew what to expect. Once in the production phase Domenic was outstanding with communication and punctuality. His crew was punctual and detail oriented. They took precautions to not damage any property and cleaned up everyday. Also I liked the drone pictures Domenic sent every couple hours so I could see the progress the crew was making everyday. Very happy with our new roof and Bucco’s service.

Called Buccos about my siding project and I'm glad I did. Corey was at my home the next day and I received my written estimate the following day. Once the work started the job was completed in 3 days. The folks at Buccos, including Manny the project manager, kept a close eye on the progress of the project. A few weeks after the completion I noticed a couple of minor issues and a phone call was all it took to get them resolved to my complete satisfaction....OUTSTANDING customer service. (thank you, Brian) I called several companies when trying to get estimates for my siding project, and Buccos was the only one that responded promptly and made me feel like they wanted to do the job. Communication was excellent and Manny was open to feedback at all times as the project developed. Can't say enough about Buccos Roofing. What a great company to deal with. I was a home builder for 30 years and they are the best contractors I've ever dealt with. Outstanding communication from the start with Cory who provided numerous drone pictures of my existing roof and a very detailed proposal. Their price was 10-20% less than the other bids I got. The job was run by Nathan who again took loads of drone shots while the work was being done. Very professional and they did a great job keeping the work area clean. Very happy from start to finish.
