Full Official Rules

Buccos Roofing Inc. will award one grand prize at the end of the prize period. The sweepstakes period shall begin on March 6, 2026, and shall end at midnight on August 25, 2026. The grand prize winner will be determined on September 1, 2026, by a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received by Buccos Roofing Inc. prior to the time of the prize drawing. Buccos Roofing Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the giveaway without notice at any time. The winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the drawing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

The grand prize winner will receive Buccos Roofing Inc. home improvement products, professionally installed with a retail value of $15,000. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash. The prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by Buccos Roofing Inc. personnel or designee. Any expenses in excess of the $15,000 roof installation are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner shall indemnify, defend and hold Buccos Roofing Inc. harmless of the same. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, if a winner has already purchased goods or services from Buccos Roofing Inc., the winner may choose either a refund not to exceed the retail value of $15,000 or the equivalent value of their purchase, whichever is less.

No purchase is necessary to enter in this giveaway. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rules, or regulation. By entering the Buccos Roofing Inc. Giveaway, the contestant hereby understands that Buccos Roofing Inc. may provide product and or service information by phone, mail, or email.

Entrants may enter this giveaway by completing the entry form on this page or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Buccos Roofing Inc., Attn: Free Roof Sweepstakes, 5330 Enterprise Blvd., Bethel Park, PA 15102.

No more than one entry per household is allowed. Each entry must have a unique address and phone number submitted on the form. Buccos Roofing Inc. is not responsible for any illegible, incorrect, or late entries. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where the prize is to be installed if such entry is selected as a winner.

Giveaway entrants must be legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, own their own home, have a home that is in suitable condition as determined by Buccos Roofing Inc. or its designees at their sole discretion for installation of the prize, including compliance with local building codes and regulations, and reside in one of the following Pennsylvania counties: Lawrence, Butler, Armstrong, Indiana, Beaver, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Fayette, Somerset, or Greene. Employees, officers and directors of Buccos Roofing Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families and those living in the same households are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

The winner’s house must be in suitable condition for installation, with condition to be determined at the sole discretion of Buccos Roofing Inc. Examples of disqualifying conditions may include water damage, mold, structural damage, or similar conditions that prevent proper installation. Any waterproofing, remediation, or other repairs necessary for proper installation, as deemed by Buccos Roofing Inc. or its designees in their sole discretion, must be performed at the owner’s expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting or staining. No transfers, substitution in prizes, or cash will be allowed except by Buccos Roofing Inc., which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Cash value of the prize is deemed to be $15,000.00.

Upon installation of the prize, Buccos Roofing Inc. will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner, with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must contact Buccos Roofing Inc. no later than 30 days following the award of the prize to arrange for the prize installation, and installation must occur and be completed within twelve months of notification.

The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, and return all paperwork within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence, as well as have met all eligibility requirements set forth within these Rules. If the winner does not comply with these terms, the prize will be deemed forfeited, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Acceptance or use of the prize constitutes permission for Buccos Roofing Inc. and its affiliates to use the recipient’s name and likeness, voice, statements, hometown, state, and country for advertising and promotional purposes in any manner or media, including online, without compensation, payment, consideration, notice, review, or consent, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will be disqualified. Buccos Roofing Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time or disqualify any entry in good faith. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled.

For a winner’s list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days following the prize period to Buccos Roofing Inc., 5330 Enterprise Blvd., Bethel Park, PA 15102, including a request for the winner’s name. To stop the mailing of future giveaway-related materials from Buccos Roofing Inc., send a written request to the same address.

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to indemnify, defend, release, discharge, and hold harmless Buccos Roofing Inc., its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages arising out of participation in the giveaway in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering into a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. Buccos Roofing Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. Buccos Roofing Inc. reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person that deliberately damages or undermines the legitimate operation of this promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.

As a condition of entering this giveaway, individuals agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected to this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Allegheny County. Entrants hereby waive all claims for attorneys fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than actual out of pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, unless prohibited by law.
