My wife and I have had some bad luck with storms in our current home but have had great luck with this roofing company. We’ve now used them three times for roofing or siding projects. Most recently we had Dominick come out and replace almost our entire roof for us. The guys are quick with estimates, have very fair pricing, and are totally transparent throughout the process. They worked well with our insurance and alleviated a lot of my headaches. They did a great job on the roof and gave us incredible peace of mind. We unfortunately had another storm recently that took off some siding from the house. Buccos will always be my first call and are going to do a great job with that I’m sure!

Our experience with Bucco’s Roofing couldn’t have been better! From the first phone call to the office to the completion of the project, communication was excellent. Derek, the sales rep, was at our home for an estimate 2 days after our first inquiry. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in gathering info for the job. The estimate was considerably lower than others received. Dominic, the project manager, kept us informed each step of the way including satellite images of the installation process. The crew was outstanding, arriving at 7:30am and completing the entire job by 5pm. The crew leader made excellent suggestions improving venting and downspot placement. We couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend this company!!

Buccos Roofing did quick, excellent work and were very attentive to our needs, even though our job was relatively small. I called their office on a Wednesday morning, got a call back Wednesday afternoon to schedule for them to come out and provide an estimate the next morning, and they were able to repair our issue on the spot. Buccos Roofing was both honest and fair in dealing with us, and everyone that I spoke to from the company was exceedingly kind. I will definitely work with Buccos Roofing again in the future.

They stage all supplies in advance and have efficient installation teams. They offer a 10 year warranty and they back up the warranty with high quality work. I highly recommend Buccos Roofing. Buccos roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof! We are first time home buyers so jumping right into getting a whole new roof was definitely an intimidating process, but the team at Buccos walked us through all the important details and were completely transparent about the project. Buccos was fantastic. To start, they called us back, they scheduled an estimate promptly and they showed up when they said they would. I know these seem like baseline requirements, but if you knew how many other companies we reached out to who failed to do one or all of these things, you would know why I am giving Buccos a five star review right off the bat. But wait! There’s more! They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their estimate, which was also very reasonable (trust me, I saw their competitors’ estimates). Once we scheduled our work (replace siding and gutters), we received regular email communications on what to expect and where we were in the process. I should also note that after being told by others that they couldn’t get to us until the end of the summer at best, Buccos scheduled us 6 weeks out. Seraphim deserves a shout out for keeping our job on schedule, communicating with us daily during the job, and just generally being a great representative for Buccos. The team they sent to do the work was highly skilled and professional. They worked incredibly hard and got our job done quickly and efficiently. The work was beautiful and there were no shortcuts, changes, or errors, just good craftsmanship and good customer service.

When evaluating a contractor, many things go into consideration. It is rare to find a contractor that hits on all but Buccos did on all: Professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, fair price, customer service...etc. I looked into three contractors who are highly rated and Buccos had the fairest price. Originally, I was told the install date won't be until March 2022 but when I informed them that I am starting to see leaks they accommodated me quickly and installed on a Saturday 1/8/2022. Do they stand by their service? Now this is a roof installation with a long lifespan. Buccos offers the best workmanship warranty I've seen (10 years). I hope I never have to deal with a warranty call, but during install there was a tiny misunderstanding with one of the vents and Buccos quickly rectified the situation. The other differentiator with Buccos is the EXTREMELY detailed proposal. Every line item had a clear price so you knew exactly what you are getting. This is the MOST transparent proposal I've ever seen and I hope Buccos continue to do this. I wish all contractors did the same thing. What I also loved about Buccos is that I had an assigned sales person and a project manager. My sales person was Corey and my PM was Nick so I always had a human being to reach out to with any questions. So far, this has been an absolutely a great experience.

I decided to go with Buccos after receiving a few comparable quotes. A big deciding factor was their location (shop local) and the fact that you see their trucks around everywhere! Buccos scheduled my installation in no time due to a few leaks which was great news as rain was in the forecast. They had my roof off and the fair/honest inspection done in no time. My roof was completed and the cleanup was amazing. I have not found anything in the yard that shows my roof was even replaced! I am happy with the final product and even received a follow up call with all the rain we had to make sure it no longer leaked. I highly recommend Nick, Chris, and their team to get your roof done right!

Buccos is the best. We needed to have our roof redone and talked to a couple of companies. Buccos was the only one to have a professional, no pressure sales approach. By the time we got their quote, we knew they were the only company we wanted for the job. Their system automatically kept us up to date with what was going on. When the schedule got close, the project manager for our job, Manny, called to introduce himself. He let us know of any weather delays and made sure the project went smoothly to the end. Our roof turned out great, and we are extremely happy with the end result. Give Buccos a call. You won’t regret it.
